Please note everyone above the age of 18 is required to submit an application. The application fee is $20/adult - this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Only one person per application. Co-signers & co-applicants are required to submit an application separately.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION PRIOR TO VIEWING AN AVAILABLE RENTAL. We welcome you to view the property prior to applying. To schedule a showing, please contact the office by calling/texting 717-827-7368. Once you have seen a property and are interested in moving forward with applying, please click the link to apply.
Please do not submit an application if you have not yet viewed a property. We do not provide "pre-approvals" for future available rentals. To view a list of our current available properties, please visit "Available Rentals" on our website.
Once an application is submitted, we will need additional information including a copy of a valid photo ID for all applicants over 18 years old along with proof of income (must be verifiable) for all income you earn, for eg.: last 2-3 recent pay stubs or any verification or award letters for retirement benefits, social security, child support, or recent tax return for self-employment.
